The evil Dr. Dr. has returned and he has sent one of his men to Dr. Hisnamedoesnotmatter's simulator machine. It's up to Emoman to save his lab and kill the evil Iforgothisnameman inside the machine before he gets materialized in this side scrolling action game.

Mr. Prez later made a game using the same engine of Emoman called Franco vs GHS, where you play as a student aiming to fight another student instead of being an emo dude. This version was aimed to fix some of the flaws of the game, making it easier to play.

Developer's Voice
"This was the first game where I made a boss, and let me tell you how much of a mess it was. For the boss's HP, I didn't do it where the game simply displays the HP variable on the screen. I did it in the most inconvenient way possible: having an If statement for every value. So in the game's code, I did where, let's say if the boss's HP is 99, I manually make the game display "BOSS HP: 99". I kept doing that until the boss's HP reaches zero. What a mess! If you don't understand what I'm talking about, you can freely ask me and I'll show you the messiest code ever. Still, I'm impressed how I transformed the Game Maker's upward scrolling shooter into this. I legit had no idea how to use variables in this game though. Each power-up makes a separate object for Emoman. There's too many objects in this game actually. This series is dead, but I love how I always somehow end up making a reference to Emoman in many of my other games. The dream is dead for having many Emoman parts, because only part 1 is complete. Legit, I can make a full game of this with my expanded knowledge now but I don't really want to anymore ahahaha! - Chair, 2016

Pointless Development Facts
- The boss fight is a reference to Stick Figure Returns, where both protagonists have strange projectiles and both bosses are tanks attached with a girl on top. In Art of Fighting 2 The Sequel: SPCS Revenge, Emoman is named after Cedric while Iforgothisname man is a reference to Francine,
- This is Chair's second Game Maker game.
- Chair intended to separate the games into parts because she did not know at this time how to make bosses. In this game, she made over two hundred lines of code that manually changes the boss's HP. For example, if the boss's health was 98, she would write a line of code that would check if the boss's health is 98 and change it to 97 if he gets hit. She did this for every digit until the health reaches zero. Thankfully, making bosses became her forte in the future and she does not have to resort to this inconvenient way of making bosses like this.
- Dr. Dr. is actually pronounced Doctor DEE ARR initially but everyone else in production called him Doctor Doctor, making that pronunciation the official one.
- Chair did not know how to use alpha back then, so the invincibility frames were done by making a new sprite that's more transparent.
